A breeze to put down
"This flooring looks stunning. Easy to lay (if I can do it, you can), just take your time and mix up the boards from different packs, that gives you a better look. I used 5mm gold underlay, not stocked at B&Q and it proved very satisfactory, with regard to sound proofing and heat retention. I only have one issue, and that is the lack of matching trims to finish the look perfectly. I had to search high and low with my off cut of flooring, to find the near perfect match."

lovely finish
"This floor looks lovely when it has been put down, It does show some marks when the sun shines on it but it is very easy to keep clean. We used 7mm underlay and the room feels lovely and warm. Was going to put down a rug but the floor is too good to cover up. The guy fitting it was impressed with the quality."

Looks good, but has flaws.......
"Have been looking for a high gloss laminate for some time. When I first saw this product it appeared to tick all the boxes. However, after laying, imperfections were noticed in the surface, i.e. bumps and blisters.
But the biggest problem is Don't Get it WET! It will delaminate and expand. Plus being high gloss this sticks out like a sore thumb.

I very strongly advise against using it anywhere there is moisture or even moderate 'traffic'...
But it does look good......"

"I have fitted laminate in the past, but this was the easiest to lay.
It looks spot on when fitted, and I think it looks quite professional, even for a DIY(er).

Looks so expensive
"We started off by putting this in our living room and dining room but loved it so much we have now done the front hallway and whole middle floor of our home. It looks absolutely beautiful when down and even though it is shiny, it is not at all slippy. We are going to now put it into our kitchen. I don't think the pictures on B&Q's website do this flooring any justice at all."

Exceeded Expectations!
"Bought this in-store after viewing others online and the actual product is far lighter, and far better I think than the online photo shown by B&Q. Even my photos do not fully do it justice.
Laid it myself - very easy to cut and click together - at 12mm this is a very solid product and after a few weeks still looks exceptionally warm and upmarket - did have prior concerns as laid it in a dark lounge and hallway. Thought it might be slippery as high gloss, but no problem there. Thought it might scratch easy - again no problem there and it's simply brilliant for not showing up marks or dirt - great if you're lazy like me...
Colleagues at work commented on how well it looked when I took off cuts to work.
I will be putting this in my next property as and when I need a new hard floor covering.
Only word of warning is to certainly make sure you mix up the boxes of planks to avoid an obvious repeat pattern. In my 15 boxes, 2 or 3 had more or less the same pattern on all planks in the box!"

"Was easy to lay according to the fitter.
Very pleased with the final result. Looks much more expensive than it is. Joints between planks are slightly rolled and gives a nice effect when it catches the light."

Great Product - Easy to work with
"I bought this to cover the floor in my teenage sons bedroom, after he had destroyed his carpet with Airfix paint.
The boards were really nice to work with. Being narrow, I was able to cut them with my mitre saw with ease, giving nice clean edges.
The boards clicked together very nicely, and I'm very happy with the final finish. Looks very stylish, and my son likes it too."

"Used the flooring before (from B&Q ) very easey to fit, hard wearing, looks fantastic. Have done, hallway, bathroom, and naw lounge. If I could afford it I would do the whole house in the same product. Fantastic"

"After reading the reviews last week, I decided upon this flooring and cannot tell you how delighted I am! I ordered and didnt get to see product until I was collecting 10mins before store closed! Its easy to lay and looks amazing in my lounge and hall, used the silver/green underlay! I am so glad I read the reviews as this most definately helped me make up my mind without a doubt!! Great product, good quality and easy to lay! Please ignore the negative comments - you wont be disappointed!! Got 20% discount last weekend also so very happy customer!"

"Being 12mm thick, you can really feel how solid it is , I'd never buy thinner again. Looks really premium when down as its glossy, not grained.
I thought it'd be slippery, but it's not strangely, even in socks!

For those who don't like the colour, are you seriously saying that you made a major purchase for your home without seeing it in your home first?! I bought single packs of the flooring that I liked, checked them out at home and then returned the unwanted styles, B&Q were fine with this.
This flooring does change colour in different lights and can be very warm (orange hughes) in certain conditions, but overall it looks like the photo. It looks very realistic.
TOP TIP!: Open four or five boxes and separate the different planks out before laying. That way you will avoid repeating patterns."

"Was really looking forward to getting this product as online it looked and sounded perfect for my new kitchen. Unfortunately the actual colour bears no resemblance to the online picture therefore did not meet my needs. Was just a waste of my time"

"I kept finding myself drawn back to this floor when looking for bedroom flooring in my flat.
I was a little concerned that the heavy pattern of the wood would be too much but I am so glad I bought it.
I love it.
The finish makes it look a lot more expensive than it was and my friends were wowed by it when they saw the room for the first time.
I have now bought it for the hallway and kitchen as i can't find anything else that I like nearly as much.
And it doesn't make that click clack sound that you find with a lot of laminate, the reason that I have until now always dislike laminate.
The calculator tool on here was helpful and whilst there was some left over, the amount of packs needed, was spot on."

"I bought 58 metres of this beautiful laminate flooring for the whole of the downstairs of my house i.e. porch, hall, living room, study, conservatory and kitchen. Even before it was laid I knew it would be stunning but when it was all laid it surpassed my expectations. Everyone who visits immediately comments how beautiful my 'wooden' floor is. Carpenter who laid it said because it was bevelled it looked like real wood - it does!
Only 1 downside, which didnt concern me too much because I had skirting laid on 98%, was that you cannot purchase matching trim. The trim available is either too dark or too red. B & Q advisor did recommend buying plain trim and colour waxing.
Also is quite slippery but apparently this is the case with most laminate or wood floor.
I am 100% satisfied with the quality and look of this floor and just love all the compliments. I made a very very good choice."
