Not worth the money
"I saw this at half price and thought that it was worth it at that price. Unfortunately it wasn't.
The picture is black and white even in daylight.
It captures a series of images when nothing happens.
It does not capture all movements which take place.
The picture quality is appalling, it would be of no use for evidence in a police investigation.
I am taking it back for a refund and paying for a more reliable set-up from a different manufacturer. No wonder B&Q are stopping selling the system."

Not fit for purpose
"I was shocked when I got this running. I can confirm everything that the previous two reviewers said to be completely true, i.e. you'll get a picture if the receiver is within 3m (absolute max) from the camera, less if camera is outside. Ditto if using the camera with the optional Response CA2 LCD Screen (with built in receiver). I'm lucky in that by sheer absolute fluke, I get a picture with the receiver placed where I need it. However, if I move the receiver by three inches in any direction the picture is gone - (this is with receiver just 10m from camera with just two stud partition walls between them). Oh, and come lunch and dinner time, the picture is gone again as soon as you put your microwave oven on. Worse, the picture is gone even when you any of your immediate neighbours put their microwave ovens on, and I live in a detached house! As per previous reviewer, if I could give it zero star rating I would have done."

Misleading advertising
"I bought this set up a few weeks ago it was the worst purchase I have made.It states that It will overwrite the S.D card,It does if you are there to override it,otherwise the recorder shuts down.It states when in single picture mode it shows picture in picture (if you have two cameras)well I'm afraid all you get is the main picture with a small BLUE square at the bottom of the monitor.(I contacted the help line and they confirmed these problems!!)Don't fit the cameras too far from the receiver/sender unit ....about four feet if you require a decent picture otherwise the picture scrambles.This is a job for the trading standards I think ,it is a very misleading advertisement for this product,even the chap on the other end of the help line admitted,that say's it all."

We would advise customers not to fit the camera too close to the receiver or the picture could be scrambled when being set up, a bit like a mobile phone coming through your PC when it rings.
There is no known fundamental issue with the wireless cameras as they are our best sellers so in these isolated cases it seems as though a faulty unit has been purchased. We suggest returning the item to the point of sale for a refund or exchange and we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

A Total Waste Of Money
"I purchased this at 10am and returned it before 11am on the same day. I was looking for a small wireless camera that I could fit in my porch and view on the TV in my living room (no more than ten meters away through one external and one internal wall). I have only given this one star because if you have the camera within about three meters of the receiver and you are very lucky you may just about get a picture. If I could have rated it zero I would have done. This is one of the most dissapointing purchased that I have ever made. The only good thing that I can say about it is that the components are very good quality and it is very easy to set up. That means nothing though it it does not transmit a clear picture."

So Easy!
"I bought this security camera because my Husband is away with the Army & I wanted to be able to see who was at my front door before answering. I must say I was suprised how easy it was to install! It literally took me a matter of minutes. The picture quality is fantastic, (colour, then black & white at night time) I just wish I would have bought the one that records....but it was out of stock at my local B&Q. The sales assistant did say it would be back in stock....but I needed the camera immediatley."
